By accessing or using the WhatsApp SaaS platform provided by Akssha Tech, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable Meta WhatsApp Business Policies.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and Meta API access tokens. You agree not to use the platform for sending unsolicited spam, unlawful material, or violating Meta's Commerce and Business Messaging policies.
Access to software features is provided on a prepaid subscription basis (Monthly at ₹2,000, 6 Months at ₹10,500, or Yearly at ₹18,000). Services will be provisioned immediately upon successful transaction confirmation.
Platform subscription fees cover access to software tools, automation bots, and dashboard features. Any direct Meta template conversation charges assessed by Meta Cloud API remain the responsibility of the account owner.
These terms are governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
